Dappled sunshine through the woodland canopy. The rich smell of pine. The call of birds busy gathering a feast of seeds. A Red Squirrel scampering up a tree (yes, there are Reds here) plus the chance bonus that a Deer may cross your path.
A simple pleasure, but accompanied by a lavish menu to thrill the senses. Just perfect for a Saturday walk
I wish it was today….. but still a great memory to enjoy again.
