Maen Llia, in the Brecon Beacons, Powys, Wales
An isolated Standing Stone, over12ft tall. Thought to be Bronze Age, may be earlier. A wild location even today and no doubt equally as bleak when it was erected on this slope above the Afon Llia…. its purpose is not clearly defined….. a Moody Monday mystery.
A new week and soon a new month, I wonder what it has instore for us….
