Sycamore Wood..
Yesterday….Friday came bright and sunny and all traces of the snows of the past week have gone. Yep, its vanished and left the woods looking pristine and refreshed.
Earlier in the week I made a rash statement that the snow had gone, all be it for a short while, but was embarrassed when only a few hours later we had another snow fall.
No doubt it will return but for now we are enjoying winters days of sunshine and blue skies….even though we do have to wrap up warm.

Somebody arfe guessing wrong! Our forecast predictred bright ssun from a blue sky today, but when we opened our eyes we had heavy overcast and snow. And it’s still coming down . . .

Saturday has started well but I spy clouds heading our way….Sunday the ‘guess’ sorry forecast to be very wet.🙄🌂☂

Lovely shots David. We had a bit on the moors but the low ground was brown. So guess where I went 😉

Now let me think…where would you go! The pub…no too early. The cafe for a big breakfast. A bimble somewhere cold and icy…..particularly if your morning is as bright as ours. I will take a look and see if I am right😉
