A Wet Allestree Lake
The first week of the New Year has been…. Dark, Wet and at times very Windy. The weather has shown no signs of lifting itself from this drab start.
The good news is that we might actually have a bright sunny day to celebrate on SUNday.
We wait to see.

Tempting…even the cold would be tolerable in bright sunshine. Two positives here….Sunday has started and it looks promising and the daylight seems to be lasting that little bit longer each afternoon 🙂 PS minus 5c here

Better overhere then… 3º, bright sunshine but oh my… what a cold thin wind at force 5 to 7. Better stay at home then next to the radiator with a cup of nice hot tea! 😀
