No Pick-Nicks Today
Tuesday and just a little snow across the mid-morning…..nothing like the dire weather warnings about the storm named the Best from the East. No doubt some folk will have had a worse experience than us, but even so nothing so far that is out of the ordinary for winter…… but it is early days.
The snow came in with a bluster, not long after the sun did its best to return and in the end entice back a blue sky. So here is the changing face of Tuesday….
Did I say it was cold….well for us it is rather chilly at -2c at midday. I wonder what the rest of the week has in-store for us ?

I am mindful that some folk have come off much worse. In places it is bad….but I also think that after several winters that have been very mild that we have forgotten what winter can do. It is only a few winters ago when this was the norm and not just for the odd day. 🙂

Wednesday today and it feels colder as the wind has now risen. -2c but feels like -6c. But at the moment no more snow….. more forecast for Thursday and Friday
