Hellebore’s
We have always loved the so called Christmas Rose…. The Hellebore. Hiding away for most of the year, loving shady places, then producing an array of delicate flowers.
Well we have had a very strange winter with more than a little of everything a winter can throw at one. Yet, throughout all this the Hellebore’s in our garden have had their best season ever. From December and even now as mid April approaches they are still proving a very welcome mass of colour and our performing the traditional Spring bulbs. So good that I guess we will be investing in a few more of these winter wonders.
