Heather Time on the Moors
Looking back in the diary, I am reminded that it is now that the Heather starts to turn, turn into many shades of mauve and purple, giving our moors an entirely different feel. Time to make another trip to enjoy the fragrance and colour… and to say hello again to the woolly residents.

Just hope the un-seasonal weather of late does not have a negative effect on the moors. The Bees in particular would miss the heather. 🙂
