Whilst we were away I did wonder just what progress autumn was making back home. But I needn’t have worried about possibly missing the start of the colour bonanza…. it hasn’t really started to unveil its true colours yet.
OK, there are some predictable ivies and the odd exotic that is display its colourful spectrum…. but for the most part the full change has yet to come…
It will all happen soon enough…but for the moment it is delaying the start of winter.

Just the odd hot spot….but still rather green. We need a good frost I think to really kick start the autumn colours

Temperature wise autumn has definitely made itself known here but not in appearance. Not much color yet. Still lots of green.
