Bedruthan Steps, North Coast of Cornwall
No chance at the moment…. it would be so nice to have a walk along a smooth sandy beach, the sea rolling in on one side and tall cliffs the other, cliffs full of seabirds nesting. It is something to dream about…. but a dream for along time in the future.
We live in the middle of the country so no chance of a quick stroll along a beach. So for the time being, and whilst we are still allowed, it is a short walk with Buster in our local countryside. I will have to dig out images of a few more locations we have enjoyed over the past few years. Will cheer me up and maybe a few more folk as well.

Very true….. but I have to admit that compared to many, here in the UK the restrictions whilst so necessarily severe do (at the moment) allow me and Buster to take one walk for exercise each day. Those few we met this morning all kept much more than the 2 meter recommended distance, but still close enough to shout a cheery greeting. It is just so ironic that after an autumn and winter when indoors was the best place to be, we now have a fabulous sunny spring, today our temperature is 16c and on our patio feels a great deal warmer. Take care 🙂

Local walks are good too. We’re also fortunate to have a few within reasonable reach and are thankful that we do.

Yep…we don’t live to far from a City (well it calls itself a City but in reality its a large town with a Cathedral)… but are still blessed with several large Parks, all gifts from Benefactors of the past (unlike todays Millionaire Business Men). Several are Local Nature Reserves so not overmanaged like many parks, all are bi enough to be able to vary you walk each day. Great amenity so close at hand 🙂
