Pier House, Pittenweem, Fife, Scotland
This quaintly named Scottish fishing village of Pittenweem can be found on the shores of the Firth of Forth were in meets with the wild North Sea. The harbour still serves a number of local fishing boats and has a smart fish market….. but like most of Scotland’s fishing industry it has suffered a decline over recent years.
The Harbour is a real beauty spot, surrounded by colourful buildings that have stood the test of time and wild weather….. a place to explore

A summers day and just sitting watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour just adds the pleasure 🙂
