A sunny start to May 13th…the day that some restrictions have been removed or else eased. From today (until further notice) we can exercise outdoors for as long as we want, even sit down and picnic! We can also arrange to meet people (one at a time) in the outdoors, remembering to keep our social distance. Surprisingly the Park is quieter than usual.
One announcement was that Golf Clubs can open. But our Local Course remains shut and will do so I am told till the 24th. So no Cars in front of the Hall. Preparations have been underway for a while, all neatly trimmed and now fertilised….

Anglers have been itching to get their rods out again and from today they can. Not all the fishing stations were occupied this morning but some had broken out of lockdown….

Mind you this Fisherman was obviously missing lockdown. He set up his rods, set the electronic bite alarm and then went back to lockdown in his tent 🙂
At least he was keeping his Social Distance…
AND now as restrictions have been eased…..
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

I really hope it doesn’t include opening the pubs? That is way too early!

Far to early. I even think these eased restrictions are too early

Similar conundrums and debates are happening here in the Pacific Northwest, USA. The sane among us listen to the scientific community and, in the state of Washington, we listen to our Governor. Problem is, not every one is sane.

They say we get the Government that we deserve…… not sure we do. So called intelligent people running our two countries and preferring to act the clowns than guardians of our peoples (sorry to get political 🙂 )
