Great Granddaughter Esmee visited today in full expectation of checking out our Christmas Decorations. With an questioning ‘where is the tree’ we had to admit to being slow in getting the decorations out (mind you we always leave it till nearly Christmas).
But her disappointment was soon dispelled when she spotted out Advent Calendar….she counted off the days and discovered a small chocolate treat hiding in pocket No.6.

Chocolate treats certainly don’t disappoint. 🙂 Our advent calendar this year has samples of different cheeses behind each little door and we are enjoying it each evening with a cracker or two.
