Cees Fun Foto Challenge is Buildings.… so I thought I would stick with old buildings.
The one above is the now ruined ‘Deer Shelter’ on the Calke Estate.
Below is the more majestic South Front of Kedleston Hall catching the last of the winter sun.
Finally, the magnificent multi- angled Tudor Timber building of Little Moreton Hall. Famous not just for its unique wood construction but for the amount of glass windows, a new and expensive novelty for its Elizabethan times.

I love it to…funny how simple ruins like the Deer Shelter seem so much more interesting than larger historic homes. Many visitors to this estate walk by and are unaware of what is hiding in these trees.

It is a must. The inside is equally as quirky and a must see. The Café there isn’t bad either 😄👌

While all the building were amazing, I especially like the shot showing the tree that seem to grow sideways. I am always glad to see a fellow blogger reminding others to be kind. Great post.
