A moody Monday at Sunderland Point at the mouth of the River Lune. Morecambe Bay.
A quiet backwater, but once a very busy Lancashire Port. Boats would be beached as the tide went out allowing them to be unloaded directly in the horse drawn wagons alongside, work pausing as the tide turns.
Just like the tides, life constantly changes for everyone….. so
