It was a perfect Saturday, sunshine, blue skies and comfortably warm….. ideal for exploring some of Schleswig’s highlights.
The Lake Castle above was built in 1582 and is the residence of the Dukes of Schleswig- Holstein.
It would be a grand place to spend a weekend…. but no doubt like me you are elsewhere in this world this Saturday….. but no matter where you are…enjoy and also..

What a beautiful spot. Like most Saturdays, we are home – no rain so we’re working in the flower and vegetable garden doing some planting. Well, I’m obviously taking a break reading blogs on the computer. 😉
