If you blinked you would have missed Autumn this year.
So it begs the question….. how long and how sever will Winter be ?
As we have often said… there is nothing we can do about the weather…. but we can, as always….

and we do have lots of berries… so if the folk lore is correct it may well be #:-)

Time will tell, won’t it? A folklore we have is that if the wooly caterpillars are mostly black (as apposed to brown and black striped), it will be a hard winter. Well, I’ve only seen all black ones on my walks.
