When I spotted that Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week was ‘Outdoor Seating’ immediately thought of the seat above. It is my very favourite location on the shore of Derwent Water, the early morning peace and solitude, add the scent from the Pines and on a calm morning for me cannot be bettered.

It was always improved by the company of my dogs over the years… they too were just content to stretch out by the bench, and i guess like me ‘just dream’
