This view is taken from Lodore Woods by Ashness Bridge. Skiddaw mountain is to your right with the town of Keswick below.
Not always a peaceful spot, as it is a great place to take in the view. However, right now The Lake District National Park are still telling folk not to visit. There will be many locals who are loving the peace of the surroundings to their homes….. but of course many more who rely upon the Tourist Industry for their income. It is going to be tough for them. Nor can I see any real easing of the situation for some time to come..
