Corporate authorised Street Art. I guess its better than the bland chipboard used across our City to obscure empty shops, cleared spaces after demolition, and as here waiting for the wreckers hammer to arrive.
They call it progress…. I sometimes wonder.

I walked past there a couple of weeks ago and the whole area seems to have been killed off. Such a pity!

There was a National survey that placed Derby at the bootom of a poll that suggested Derby was not a place worth visiting. I tend to agree, having lived here for 47 years the decline from a thriving City to now is more than depressing. We have lost so much of the Cities Heritage and replaced with aluminium boxes.

Sadly so many towns and cities have gone the same way.

True…. but I do feel that the wrecking ball is the go to tool of town planning.

The street art in the form of murals is way better than graffiti which we see so much of in our declining towns and cities. 😦
