Calke Woods, Derbyshire
It was a dull day at Calke, the sun tried but failed to show up. I didn’t want to miss the chance of a woodland scene, so In an effort to get a ‘bright’ image of the autumnal colour, I gave HDR a shot (well 3 shots for this compilation). Only my opinion; but I think it worked out rather well. Hope you like
The season moves along, also past the halfway point of November. Maybe you are preparing for Christmas… just take it easy and relax if you can…but also….

Great to have the colour but all too briefly….

That creates a very warm image and makes the leaves appear crisp and crinkly!

For a dull day I think it worked quite well. Proves one can cheat at times 🙂

Thank you…. if we have to have winter, we need a good autumn to ease the change. 🙂

We have not enjoyed a fully golden autumn this year, just some hot spots.
