The mornings frost soon vanished as the sun climbed high over the Moray Firth….just right for a walk along Rosemarkie Beach towards Chanory Point…. but it was wonderful bracing as they say, but I just found it very cold. I can still feel that chill through my bones… that sunshine is always deceptive, after all it was October 🙂

Not October this year… but that sun is deceptive, I can still feel that chill when remembering that early morning walk 🙂

Isn’t it a bit amazing that a photograph can bring back those moments so quickly? I feel the chill when I look at our October pictures I took when we were in upper Michigan a few years ago. It was so cold, we had to buy hats and gloves.
