Past the halfway point in August… and I am told that it looks as if we have record crops of autumnal berries, both cultivated and wild…. of the later my observations confirm we are in for a treat.
So best get the baking and bottling materials to hand, it could be busy time. Happy baking…. I cannot bake but love to test the cooks results.
