Morning Mist and a Bright Start

Well it was a bright start….early mist was burnt away by a rising sun, a sun that gave a rich glow to the Yews in top wood. The drying wind crisped up the leaves littering the woodland floor which still provide some interesting patterns and shapes.

But the bright start was short lived,  it didn’t last….. rain returned. Trying to be positive, I can say it wasn’t as heavy as yesterday!
