Midday and Mist over Allestree Lake
Last week we were blessed with sunshine and record high temperatures…. 18c. What a change.
For the third consecutive day we have fog that lifts just a little to be able to call it a mist. The trees drip with water and grey is the colour, as for temperatures….. well at midday it had risen to all of 5c
The mist clings to everything, even the waterfowl have decided it is best to go into hiding…
One of those days when, if you didn’t have to head outdoors, a book, an occasional coffee and a comfy chair would be a much better bet. But out we head and try to make the most of a Lakeside walk.
That mist is coming down again, so best head for home and that comfy chair…… I’ll have a Cappuccino please 🙂
Indoors or out……

I love foggy, misty days, and I haven’t experienced one in quite some time; it’s good to see yours. And I’m confident that the technology gods appreciate your wit.
