April is nearly Over…..

The Weeping Willow weeps.    This April it is the exception as far as weeping goes.  The old rhyme “April Showers Bring Forth May Flowers” was in reality, this Spring, missing the showers.  True, we have had plenty of welcome sunshine,  we have also experienced the coldest April on record for over 40 years.  One Official Weather Presenter said that Aprils weather has been bonkers….. I think that is a technical term.

Despite or perhaps because of all that ‘weather’, April has provide a month of colour and variety.  Bulbs, wild flowers and trees have tried to react as if Spring is here….  yes, a colourful month…

Buster is just hoping that May will bring some equally good ‘walkies’

It has been un-seasonably dry.  Nice whilst it lasted……  but I guess May,  may well make up for that.  We do needs some water. What ever the weather…
