Weather has a big influence on our wellbeing, in old fashioned talk that means our mood, how we feel about the world in our immediate surrounds.
Last week started with a mini heatwave, yep temperatures reaching 30c. Then the weather changed, since then the days have been dull, grey and often damp and sometimes really wet. We might well have the right clothing for bad weather, so we are still able to get out and about… but clothing doesn’t always lift the spirits.
But waking to sunshine this morning was a real treat….. certainly lifted my spirits. 🙂
That humble Silver Birch looked rather special today.
