Like it or not the seasons are moving along their cycle of life.
There is still lots of colours in the flower borders but increasingly the petals are falling, and the season of seed head takes over…
More obviouse signs of the change ahead can be seen with falling leaves, Ivy in flower and an abundance of Acorns…. yes, a bumper Acorn crop, they call that a mast year.
