Good one 😂 There is truth in the observations made by the pre-smartphone generation (that includes me) but many of us can be seen reading, playing games etc on our phones even at family gatherings.

I find it odd… that folk go out for sociable meal, and as soon as they sit down, even before the menu arrives, they have their phones out and heads down.

Same here — it’s not just the young’uns. And there’s very little conversation going on either no matter where you go. 😦
