A very cold but sunny start to the day. Our weather forecast was one of maybe this, maybe that….. well I guess our Lake entered into the spirit of indecision, as one half was frozen…. the other half pretty much clear.
We couldn’t make up our minds if we had some frost…or was it a very light dusting of snow. Whatever it didn’t last long,. What we were left with was another cold but very sunny day with no breeze to add to the chill factor.
I think the day was much more to the liking of our Fur and Feathered friends, relieved at not having to scavenge amongst snow and ice for food.
The forecasters are still sitting on the fence for our part of the country, will it snow tomorrow or will we get another sunny day. We can only wait and see.
Its January, now half way through, so whatever nature throws our way…. as always….

It was definitely a morning of “Has it, or hasn’t it?” Seeing flakes on top of a black car gave us the definitive answer!

The weather can’t seem to make up its mind. Over here though, it IS winter – very cold and snow on the ground for a couple of days now.

Sunny day here…very.cold. No snow but lots just to the north of us.Change due at the weekend, back to rain again
