This last month we have ‘enjoyed’ some very MOODY starts to our days.
The occasional uplifting and encouraging start, as with the Silver Birch in the morning Mist
But on other mornings the MOOD has been rather foreboding… and on this particular day the Red Sky in the Morning saying came to pass.

Silver Birch are much underrated. Love them in all seasons, but overwinter and into spring are the best.
