Late afternoon and the sun has decided to come out to play…. after a morning of yet more heavy rain and an afternoon reluctant to make its mind up, it eventually did!
On the positive side, gardening was ruled out, so this became a welcome lazy Sunday…. made a change.
The Geranium in the corner of the conservatory is precious to Jean. It has been over-wintered, looking leggy but healthy and now ready for some cuttings to create more plants. Not sure how old the original plant was , as it was her Granddads favourite Geraniums, one he had nurtured for many years (its could well be well over 100 years old), Jean continues the important task to maintain the strain.

Sundays nearly over and the new week is nearly here…. and as always….

Of course it is not then original but cuttings carefully grown over the ‘generations’ to keep the Geranium surviving …. it is a special family plant with lots of memories 🙂
