Here we are bragging about 4 days of sunny Spring sunshine. I think after our wettest Autumn and Winter on record, celebrating these small wins in the weather cycle is acceptable.
Our gardens have taken the brunt of these adverse conditions. I have spent too much time gazing at bulbs and plants battling against the odds…. then suddenly over a two week period they have triumphed. The reward a bounty of colour…. Daffodils and Tulips dominate.
That is the good news. The forecaster tells us that after 4 days, 4 days of record high April temperatures,26c today, 4 days that have teased us….. wet windy weather is returning. Been nice whilst it lasted 🙂
We can do nothing to change the weather… maybe that’s a good thing… lets just be grateful for what we have been given.
but we can always….
