First Snows of 2018
Well it had to happen sooner or later. In our small part of the UK we have been sitting peacefully in our own ‘weather bubble’ a bubble that has avoided all the extremes our near neighbours have been enduring. But today, Sunday, after a very cold night the Lake froze and this morning it started to snow. A reasonably modest covering but its damp so I guess it will not last long….
Still it makes a change and certainly adds another dimension to a familiar landscape
Outlook is for some warmer weather and heavy rain…what joy!
