
Low winds and light frosts have made a big and quick change to the Beech woods. The leaves have dropped and the late autumnal sun is spotlighting the beauty of the Beech’s stout tall trunks…
The carpet of leaves crunch and send up a sweet and distinctive autumnal smell as nice as any perfume from the long gone summer flowers.
Another great day to be out and about.
