Another unexpectedly bright sunny day, clear blue skies and a sun with that warm glow usually associated with autumn. But here we are at the start of December and enjoying a series of fantastic mornings.
Again an opportunity not to be missed. The low morning sun, whilst casting long dark shadows also threw a spotlight of warm light over the fallen Oak and Beech leaves. All the way round the Lake the trees and scrub just burst with colour…and despite the cold you could smell a rich warm autumnal decay from the leaves…yet here we are at the start of winter….
So join me on a short Lakeside stroll in the sun and shadows….
and if you wish there is always somewhere to sit and just enjoy the day…
