Sunday Morning, the River Derwent at Darley Abbey, Derbyshire
Still waters run deep…… and after the heavy rains the River Derwent is running at a pace. The placid surface hiding the true pace of the river.
After another wet start to the day, we, like many others headed out to enjoy a spell of warm sunshine and some of autumns colours…
3 hours of sun, more than we expected from the forecast. Worth taking advantage of as it is now raining once more.
We have a new Lockdown pending for Thursday onwards. At the moment we have not been given full details, but no doubt our movements and activities will be severely restricted…which only goes to emphasise that we should all ….
Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

Thank you….we keep getting short unexpected breaks from the rains and grey skies, so it is double quick outdoors to take advantage of our good fortune 🙂
