A typical late September day. Temperatures have fallen but the sun still shines very brightly. The sky is blue, but sometimes hides behind some fast moving clouds….. darker clouds are never far away and rain expected at intervals throughout the day.
Now that the sun is lower in our skies the shadows are longer and seem much darker. That same sun does highlight the early autumnal colours, teasing us, but the best is yet to come once October get underway.
The dominant colour is still green, though it has to be said the tint is now much darker on the trees before they start to adopt their autumn colours.
Just nice to be out and about, able to potter at a leisurely pace, pause and just gaze..
We are just hoping that autumn will be kind as well as colour packed.
(nor did we get wet… the rain gave us the courtesy of waiting till we reach home)
The seasons change, but our strange human world continues to be far from normal…. so,
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other
