It has only been days, but seems like months, when we have woken to dull, drab, grey days that never woke up. So to wake this Wednesday to a bright sunny morning, all very welcome but also came as a shock to the system.
Not a morning to be wasted so Buster and I headed off early for our walkies…. just in case that sun decided it would rather be elsewhere 🙂
The bright morning sunshine also did its best to make our local Hall look rather appealing. Sadly close up it is in need of a great deal of care and attention….
Equally sadly efforts to restore and give the Hall a new life always seem to hit the barriers.
No time to linger and ponder the Halls fate, but time to stride out, stretch the legs and breath in fresh air, air that has had the cold edge taken away with some real warmth from the sun,
Once back home Buster grabbed his favourite Office Chair and waited, not so patiently, for something to eat……. after all, it had been an early start and a long morning!
Reality of life hits home when these are the daily essentials on the Office shelf..
Which reminds me to ask you as always to….
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

Even a Robin visiting? Spring must be just around the corner then?

Such a wonderful surprise! Lovely – Buster too enjoyed it I assume. Thank you for sending some light into the gloom here now, David. And I loved your red wall.

That is a true representation of the red…. but in the reality of the setting, with furniture and the other walls a light colour, it isnt as dominant as it appears here. But it does brighten up any dull day. 🙂
