The 1st of May has turned out to be rather dour. Gone are those sunny days of April, and with them the hopes of a bright warm new month to take us onwards through Spring into Summer.
The hope is that it is just a temporary delay…. but we exercise caution, having just had the warmest and driest April on record, and March hadn’t been bad either, so maybe a change in fortunes is due. Who knows what the weather gods have instore for us.
Whatever the weather and no matter where you are…..

Same here. It has been pouring down rain all day long and is supposed to rain 4 or 5 days this week. I think Mother Nature got mixed up and still thinks it’s April showers instead of May flowers.
