July 2023 has been the wettest on record here in the UK. In our small corner of England rain fall has been 135% above average.
But it has to be said that between the ‘showers !’ there has been some sunshine…. and surprisingly it enabled the garden to remain bountiful and overflowing with colours. Here are just a few floral reminders of July.
July – Like the Curates egg…. good in parts

Rain or shine the garden seemed to be resilient to these extremes. Not a good month nor was it that bad. Weather wise, we also know that many are much worse off than us. So best to be grateful…. but that doesn’t stop us looking forward to August.
Whatever the weather, whatever the month, as always….
Please Remember ….
Stay Safe …. Be Kind…. Look After Each Other

Despite or maybe because of the rain, your July flowers are simply gorgeous!

A touch more sunshine would do me…. but no heatwave temperatures…. but then again we don’t get any choice 😃
