It started as only a fine drizzle, then later it turned rather heavy. It was also rather dull and dismal.
Best not to complain (but I probably will) as we have had a long and record breaking run of lovely sunny April weather.
The mornings rain didn’t quite reach the Bluebells, you can though see more clearly today that they are starting to fall back, the leaves first, soon those stems with their bells.
Then the heavens opened and the rain came down with a vengeance…
As I said…best not to complain….. the garden does need the rain 🙂
