The forecasters predict very heavy rain for today and Saturday, fully expected to wake up to a very damp start. So far nothing – why complain? Well I am not really complaining, but we have had so little rain since last year, that we do reluctantly need a period of wet weather.
It is though surprising that the vegetation is so lush. Woodland or meadow all are flush with rich new growth and woodland aromas that are to good to bottle into a perfume ….maybe the rain (if we get any) will stimulate even more growth.
