A sign from the time when Walkers started to establish their right to walk in ‘Open Country’ across England.
Here are a few more signs. From Shop signs, to long forgotten signs, the window signs and humorous reminders on the quayside…. even an ‘ad hoc’ sign at a Heritage Museum encouraging us to be nosey.
Then of course we have signs as décor statements in the home or office…
