Early Monday morning, the view across the Derbyshire countryside from Kedleston, might just fool you into thinking that Spring has arrived.
After the recent run of depressing weather, today was too good a day to miss. So we headed to Kedleston Hall, Woods and Gardens for a mornings walk.
The reward was to be greeted by the first of the Daffodils and with low sunshine through the trees, and air so fresh you just had to breath in deeply.

It was home for a late lunch. The sunshine decided it to was taking a break…… just hope it is not another extended break…. we have had enough of the grey damp days.
Not a bad start to the week, just grateful we could take advantage of what seems like a bonus morning.
I hope you have had a good start to the week… and as always….

But isn’t it too early?

Most likely today was just a tease.

Same here. We have had many spring-like days and we are all waiting for the other shoe to drop. It’s actually supposed to be 70 degrees today. In Chicago…that shouldn’t be happening.

And it will not be many weeks till those skeleton shadows vanish under a canopy blanket of leaves :-)
