A Victorian Christmas Card … circa 1890.
A very strange Christmas Card…. Is the Local Constabulary sending a coded warning to behave over the Christmas festivities…… or is it a card for inmates locked in the cells.
Your guess is as good as mine…. but the Constable certainly looks threatening. Nor does his illustrated actions fit the words.
